I did the same thing. It takes a month. But I'm sitting in the sun for a day and most of em dissappeared. There are also things that used to take all the dead skin on my face and after a week, my scars are almost gone. The use of bio-oil for about two months, and everything is goood.

Skip Neosporin. It is based on oil-based. Shea butter used in its place. Shea butter has healing properties and natural anti-inflammatory properties.
